Another tooth!

Just an update. Last night I saw one of Mia's top teeth popping through! Its so hard to believe she is so old, she will be 8 months old on Tuesday.

She has started having small "temper tantrums" already. She throws her arms straight out in front of her and stiffens up and grunts! Its crazy that she is starting this already.

Looking forward to Memorial weekend, a long one. Its supposed to be nice so hopefully we will be able to spend alot of time outside. Mom and Dads pool opens tomorrow, can't wait until its warm enough for Mia's first swim :)

My First Mothers Day

My first Mothers Day was absolutly wonderful!! I spent the day with both sides of the family and with Mia and Abel of course. I woke up to flowers (Daisies of course), a gift card and a very nice card with a special note from Abel. Then "Mia" got me a beautiful Sapphire ring since its her birthstone, she's just so smart, lol (Thanks Mom and Dad ;) "Mia" also got me a really cool stepping stone that she put her foot print on for me that says To the best Mommy ever. She's just so creative too! (Thanks Auntie Erin!). It was a great day and a wonderful feeling. I really wanted to get a picture of Mia, Me, Mom and Grandma together but forgot my camera :( We will definatly have to do that soon.

The first one is an exact replica of Daddy, no doubt! I'm pretty sure he makes that exact expression too. lol.

The second is just a favorite of mine from the batch....wearing the new dress Pawpaw got her.

The third is Mia and Gabi, enjoying the morning :) I think the sun was in Gabi's eyes in this one. They are going to be SO close....best friends :)
